ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage design deliverables and oversee the project lifecycle from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with project timelines and objectives.
• Ability to provide structural design support to the project team and coordinate within the structural team and with other disciplines.
• Prepare structural engineering calculations and design, prepare detailing and direct drafting production staff
• Participation in coordination meetings for design reviews with all associated disciplines, clients, consultants, contractors.
• Demonstrate structural engineering design for steel structures, concrete structure, foundation and tilt-up design work (Industrial Buildings).
• Proficiency in design of various structural materials including steel, concrete, masonry, wood etc.

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree qualification in Civil or Structural Engineering, or an equivalent qualification.
• A minimum of 5 years of full-time progressive structural engineering experience.
• Professional Engineer License (P.E.) required (Any State of Residence), however Structural Engineering License (S.E.) will be plus.
• Familiarity with structural engineering tools such as AutoCAD, ETABS, STAAD.Pro, SAFE, RAM, and RISA, ENERCALC will be an advantage.
• Strong understanding of state building codes and all relevant applicable design codes.
